Are you talking about sending emails to 300 website owners who OPT-IN to your mailing list through your website???  Otherwise, you will violate the "Can SPAM" act by sending unsolicited emails (SPAM) and that could get you into trouble.   Personally, I dump all emails like that or they land in my bulk-mail box and I dump it without even looking most of the time.

Hi ,

well , i dont know how spam works , but i`ll be sending all emails via yahoo email id , not by microsoft outlook or any other bulk email software , and 300 emails isnt big ( i guess so )  and  i didnt have any personal email list.

knockknockhlo... SPAM is unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail. In general, it will catch up with you until people receiving your emails start writing the sending server… such as Yahoo. Then, Yahoo will kill your email account and will likely pursue the possibility of filing charges against you… dependant on the impact your unsolicited emails have collected.

I think, if you are a writer, you should spend more time re-reading your writings before posting to forums. I don’t know if you are a writer for English or some other language, but your original post has so many grammatical mistakes, that it doesn’t present you well… as a writer. Everyone is doing blogs nowadays. Would that be a possible method for “advertising” your writing skills?

I would hire a marketing/advertising firm in the US to do the work for you ... someone who has knowledge in marketing online businesses and is familiar with the employment culture.

Having been working those boards for awhile, looking for work, offering services, I believe the days of Monster.com and CareerBuilder, etc, are numbered.

It "seemed like a good idea" to have a worldwide way to post a job. People didn`t see it that way, actually, they saw it as a way to quickly reach the job seekers in the *local area* by having a consolidated bulletin board. Now, everyone`s losing.

First, posting a job on a site like this generates hundreds of résumés per day. Nobody can handle that, so the résumés end up in the garbage. Many of the applications don`t arrive, get lost, or have nothing whatsoever to do with the job.

Then, the "stuff envelopes for money" people are starting to use these boards for sucker advertising, MLM and networking company info, and the like. But more importantly, a local company can`t even hire anyone locally anymore. Applications go online to some long-away remote corporate office, where only computer algorithms sort for a likely candidate.

I think it`s an idea whose time has passed. It`s still out there, still alive, and maybe might continue for awhile in some form. But I don`t believe it`s going to continue as a viable way to connect job-seekers with employers. Just my thought, though.

I agree 100% with CraigL.

I now deal with the State Employment Services job listings exclusively and it`s free.
