The Sales & Customers application is a powerful, easy-to-use sales force automation (SFA) and customer relationship management (CRM) product designed to allow companies to effectively manage both their sales leads and customer base. Security & Access Control

The following security infrastructure, policies, and procedures have been evaluated and tested for your peace of mind in knowing that your data is secure:

  • User Access - The Sales & Customers application offers access on different levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 4. Access levels must be granted by the user who has Level 1 access.

    Level 1 access provides complete control of the Sales & Customers application. Level 2 and 3 provide access for specific functions within the application. Level 4 is used to temporarily remove or suspend access to the application.

  • Security - The Sales & Customers (SFA/CRM) application is operated from a secure environment with integrated security measures that protect against loss, misuse, and data tampering. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and provide security during transmissions of sensitive information. When you log into your account, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, which indicates that a secure connection has been established with our server, and credit card numbers and user passwords are not available to anyone.

  • Data Backups - Data stored in the Sales & Customers (SFA/CRM) application is automatically backed up on a regular basis, and is available through redundant servers if something should happen to the primary servers.

  • 24-7 Availability - The Sales & Customers (SFA/CRM) application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, and is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

  • Privacy - We understand and adhere to all legal obligations regarding data privacy.

Import Accounts and Contacts

You can import your accounts and contacts into the Sales & Customers application to allow you to quickly transfer quantities of information in just a few steps. The import wizard allows you to load up to 2,000 records at one time from several types of data formats to help you map the information that you need to manage. You also have the option to update accounts with new import information or to ignore the update and keep your existing information.

Track Prospects & Customers

The Sales & Customers application allows you to track prospects, potential leads, and customers. Fast access to a wealth of online information allows you to have a 360-degree view of your customers, improve milestones, perform detailed analysis in real-time, and much more. You can track and view all history for your customers and prospects in one place, while creating and organizing tasks, notes, and opportunities.
