HR Center

HR Center is a powerful online application designed to allow companies to efficiently manage employee information on a day-to-day basis. It also delivers the ease of self-service for your employees to complete daily tasks such as tracking time, requesting time-off, and more.

The application contains a welcoming user-interface with simple to use functions for easy navigation within the application. A comprehensive database allows management to input and view employee information with ease, while organizing and keeping track of timesheets, compensation, benefit information, human resource and compliance documents, and much more!

Security & Access Control

The following security infrastructure, policies, and procedures have been evaluated and tested for your peace of mind in knowing that your data is secure:

  • User Access - HR Center is a role based application to make security, workflow, and work completion easy to understand and simple to implement. The roles include Administrator, Manager, and Employee.

    An HR Administrator has complete control of the HR Center and access to every employee's information. A Manager has access to information about employees that are reporting to him/her, as well as his/her own HR Center views and functions. An employee may only access his/her own information.
  • Security - The HR Center application is operated from a secure environment with integrated security measures that protect against loss, misuse, and data tampering. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and provide security during transmissions of sensitive information. When you log into your account, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, which indicates that a secure connection has been established with our server, and credit card numbers and user passwords are not available to anyone.

  • Data Backups - Data stored in the HR Center application is automatically backed up on a regular basis, and is available through redundant servers if something should happen to the primary servers.

  • 24-7 Availability - The HR Center application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, and is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

  • Privacy - We understand and adhere to all legal obligations regarding data privacy.

Employees

The Employees function in the HR Center allows the Administrator to manage and retain all personnel information while increasing administrative efficiency and reducing HR costs. You can administer, track, and store employee information such as personal, contact, and work information, attendance tracking, compensation, and much more. A simple to use wizard allows the Administrator to add employees in just a few easy steps.

It comes standard with employee self-service access, giving employees immediate access to all their personal HR information. The simplicity of the self-service application drastically, allowing more focus to be placed on strategic issues. All of this information is provided to you in a user-friendly interface.

Vacation & Sick Time

Keeping track of requests and approvals for time-off can become disorganized and sometimes these communications can vanish into thin air. The HR Center allows the administrator the ability to create and assign time-off types and policies to their employees. Employees request time-off utilizing the vacation and sick time function. Assigned managers are notified of time-off requests via email, and also have the ability to approve or deny any time-off request easily online. The extensive database keeps track of the attendance, accrued time-off and adjusted time-off for each employee. It's like a personal calculator that does the work for you!

Compensation

The Compensation function in the HR Center allows you to keep track of all salary and salary adjustments. With a simple click, you can add bonus information, edit past salary information, and add new compensation information. The reporting function allows you to view, print, and download reports that contain compensation information for your employees.

Performance Reviews

The Performance Review function in the HR Center allows you to successfully complete performance reviews on your employees and store them in a database for retrieval at any time. The review can also be shared with the respective employee once it has been completed. There are pre-defined categories and ratings set, that you may change or add to best suit your needs.

Timesheets

The Timesheets function is a fast and accurate way for an employee to track their time and also allows for easy monitoring by management. You can define clients and projects to be more specific about how your employees spend their time during work hours. With just a few clicks, you can generate detailed reports instantly on how time is spent by client, project, or employee. The timesheets are accessible via web interface so there is no more waiting on final timesheets for those employees who work at off-site locations or are traveling. Let our timesheet application do most of the work for you and eliminate those data-entry errors and complicated consolidation of emailed or faxed documents.

Document Management

The Document Management function is similar to an electronic filing system. It allows you to organize and store your company documents such as Benefits, Compensation, IRS Forms, New Hire documents, Workplace Safety, and more. The Document Management function allows for quick and easy assignment of documents to the employees within your company. With the extraordinary library of documents, you can save time and effort by quickly retrieving, sharing, and storing your documents in a secur environment.
