The Dashboard is a tool that allows you to see all of your important business information from one screen. It offers an organized snapshot that summarizes real-time information in a friendly way, saving you time from digging around the details of something you may need to know right then and there.

The Dashboard offers ease in accessing important information to identify trends, drill down into more specific information, generate graphs, and more.

Security & Access Control

The following security infrastructure, policies, and procedures have been evaluated and tested for your peace of mind in knowing that your data is secure:

• User Access - Dashboard users have full access over their Dashboard. No other user may view or edit information on another user's Dashboard. You can only view information related to the applications that you have access to on your Dashboard.
  
  
• Security - The Real-time Dashboard application is operated from a secure environment with integrated security measures that protect against loss, misuse, and data tampering. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and provide security during transmissions of sensitive information. When you log into your account, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, which indicates that a secure connection has been established with our server, and credit card numbers and user passwords are not available to anyone.
  
  
• Data Backups - Data stored in the Real-time Dashboard application is automatically backed up on a regular basis, and is available through redundant servers if something should happen to the primary servers.
  
  
• 24-7 Availability - The Real-time Dashboard application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, and is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
  
  
• Privacy - We understand and adhere to all legal obligations regarding data privacy.

Dashboard Customization

The Dashboard can be customized to show role-based information whether you are the CEO or an employee. The Dashboard can be maintained and customized so that all users within your organization are satisfied.

The Dashboard can be customized using drag and drop functionality, based on information that you choose to view, the overall layout of where each piece of information is shown, and even your choice of colors you would like to use.

Additional Features

Additional services are available from within the Dashboard, such as package and shipping information provided by FedEx. From within the Dashboard, you can track individual and groups of packages being sent and arriving by FedEx, view information about the packages, as well as get alerts on the Dashboard as to the status of the shipment. Shipping rate quotes are also available for packages that need to be shipped, based on the size, weight, shipment method, and destination.
