Accounting

Accounting & Bookkeeping is a secure web-based application that allows users to perform standard accounting process which can be shared with your Accountant. Users are guided through the steps they need to conduct daily accounting tasks which include keeping track of accounts payable/receivables, recording banking transactions and journal entries, creating and customizing the chart of accounts, viewing financial statements and more!

The application also allows you to organize your customer's and vendor's information with the quickness of entering bills and invoices, as well as paying and recording your payments. The import function allows you to transfer quantities of information in just a few steps to begin using the Accounting application sooner.

Security & Access Control

The following security infrastructure, policies, and procedures have been evaluated and tested for your peace of mind in knowing that your data is secure:

  • User Access - Accounting & Bookkeeping is a module based application to make security, workflow, and work completion easy to understand. User of Accounting & bookkeeping application are given access based on module level.

    The administrator has full access over the Accounting & Bookkeeping application. All other users will have access granted to him/her on a module level by the Administrator.
  • Security - The Accounting & Bookkeeping application is operated from a secure environment with integrated security measures that protect against loss, misuse, and data tampering. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and provide security during transmissions of sensitive information. When you log into your account, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, which indicates that a secure connection has been established with our server, and credit card numbers and passwords are not available to anyone.

  • Data Backups - Data stored in the Accounting & Bookkeeping application is automatically backed up on a regular basis, and is available through redundant servers if something should happen to the primary servers.

  • 24-7 Availability - The Accounting & Bookkeeping application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, and is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

  • Privacy - We understand and adhere to all legal obligations regarding data privacy.

Set up your Books

Before you can begin creating invoices and writing checks, you need to set up your accounting books. It sounds challenging, but with our guided help, step by step wizard, you'll be on your way to increased efficiency with the ability to track, analyze, and improve your financial goals. In just a short time, you'll have your books set up that contain information such as your bank accounts, and equity accounts. Once you finish the wizard, you can begin using the Accounting application to keep your books organized, efficient, and accurate.

Banking

The Banking function allows users to view information related to bank accounts, as well as record and maintain transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, interest, charges, and fees. With a few guided screens, you can also reconcile one or more of your bank accounts. Viewing your bank transactions has never been more organized with the option to filter your transactions by the dates you desire and also with the printer-friendly function that allows you to print the information you need in just one click.

Vendors (Accounts Payable)

The Vendor function of the application allows users to view a list of all vendors associated with the organization. You can choose from a variety of tasks to complete fore a particular vendor which includes entering a bill, credit, or debit memo, viewing the bill history for a particular vendor, paying bills as well as voiding them, or writing a quick check when you're in a hurry. The quick Search function allows you to find the vendor information you are looking for and exactly how much you owe within seconds.

Customers (Accounts Receivable)

The Customer function of the application allows users to view a list of all customers associated with the organization. You can choose from a variety of tasks to complete for a particular customer including issuing a credit or debit memo, viewing and generating invoices, entering deferred revenue, and recording, reversing, and removing payments. The quick Search function allows you to find the customer information you are looking for and how much you are owed within seconds.

Reports

The Reports function of the application allows you to generate, view, download, and print important financial reports. Your reports will provide accurate information by producing the exact information that you need to know without all that extra stuff that is not relevant at a particular time. You can choose from reports that show how cash enters and leaves your company, the amount of company assets, liabilities and shareholders' equity at a specific point in time, a summary of revenues, expenses, net profit, and loss for a specified accounting period, as well as banking transaction reports to show deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
