Carl Schramm is the CEO of the Kauffman Foundation and the author of The Entrepreneurial Imperative, which discusses the role of entrepreneurship in today’s world. Further, we need to encourage innovation, as it is one of the greatest outputs of the small business and is the cornerstone of advancement.

The Kauffman Foundation is an organization dedicated to advocating entrepreneurship. Carl Schramm shares the story behind the foundation’s creation and the spirit in which Kauffman’s legacy lives on. It is hard keeping a business going when there is no money being made yet. What`s the best way to stay encouraged. Where do you get capital from with fair credit?

There are many ways to bring capital into a business - depending upon your specific situation.   To keep motivated and "encouraged" - I suggest developing a team that can provide support.

vasq this may sound a bit harsh, however I feel I must "point out the obvious". why make a job, why not build a future, or lifestyle. I`d bet a bunch, not many here are looking to make a job! I`d also suggest you get with or research some marketing, your profile isn`t even completed.
