Episode Spotlight

The Sloan brothers are joined by Southwest Airlines pilot, Lou Freeman, as they discuss what it means to make customer service an integral part of your small business culture.

Lou shares some of his stories from the cockpit as well, and talks about the things he does for his customers to take some of the mystery out of The Voice you hear over the speakers whenever you fly. Prepare for takeoff!

The Sloan brothers and Lou Freeman are right. I have spent much of my business career preaching the importance of customer service and how the customer is in many cases your most important asset. For more insight on this topic and Entrepreneurship in general, visit the blog for my new book (blog.warriorsandweasels.com).

Cheers to Tim!  Your customer list is your most important asset.  If your business is destroyed, you can start again if you have your list and rebuild fairly quickly.  Quality Customer Service is essential to maintaining happy customers.  Happy customers become your word-of-mouth referrers.  They help build a sound business.  Build quality assurance into your customer service program.

Wonderful blog, excellent concept, I will definitly order the book and utilize the priniciples not only when hiring my employees, but in my business partner selection as well. Dr. LA
