Episode from StartupNation Radio Channel: Web-Based Business

Episode Spotlight

Are you struggling to get noticed by your potential online clients?  Today, more than ever before, having a professional website is becoming a necessity, as more and more consumers and businesses are using the Web to exchange services. And, in light of the growth of search engines, small businesses without a viable website presence increasingly suffer from being invisible to their prospects.

Microsoft (a StartupNation sponsor) has coined the term “Invisi-Business” to describe businesses that are quickly becoming invisible to their prospects because they simply cannot be found on the Internet.   To address this concern, we’ve identified a cost-effective technology that will help you streamline your business’ online operations and help put you on your potential client’s radar screen.

NOTE: As of November 15, 2006, Microsoft Office Live product features and pricing have changed - for the most up-to-date information on the product, and to download a free demo, visit the product website.

Dean Nicolls of Microsoft, introduces Microsoft Office Live – a new set of online services designed for small business owners.  Microsoft Office Live includes a FREE website, domain name and company e-mail accounts for small businesses particularly those with 10 employees or less, as well as other online tools for consolidating and sharing key company information.
