Episode Spotlight
When Jeff Sinelli entered the restaurant industry he faced
considerable competition. Differentiating his business from the
existing household-name franchises - Subway, Blimpie and Quiznos - was
a huge undertaking, but would be his only hope for survival.
Frustrated by the lack of great “wiches” available in the quick-service
restaurant sector and bored by the domination of burned-out brands,
Jeff launched the Which Wich? franchise in 1993. Not only has his
business survived, it has achieved great success. In 2005, revenues
were reported between $7 million and $8 million.
Whether
you are starting up or well-established, there's always room for
growth. Tune in to discover how to craft a business that's destined for
success, as Jeff shares some lessons he learned during his startup days
and the growth phases that followed thereafter. Jeff discusses his
creative perspective on competitive advantage and a unique methodology
for growing your business. Also check out Crafting a Franchise-Friendly Business for more of Jeff Sinelli's Key Moves.
