Julie was destined to live the life of an entrepreneur. Although
entrepreneurship is in her blood, she came upon her business idea by
happenstance.
One day, Julie was wearing a ruffled blouse
under a jacket, and the ruffle on the blouse cuff peeked out
delightfully under her sleeve. The next time she wore the same jacket
with a blouse, without a ruffled cuff, and her outfit lacked the same
zest. Julie decided to detach the cuff and began using it as an
accessory to her jackets and sweaters – and Cuff Luv was born.
So,
why do we think entrepreneurship is in Julie’s blood? Maybe it has
something to do with her maiden name – Sloan – a name she shares with
brothers Jeff and Rich.
