The Ultimate Service Agreement  has been replaced by the much more comprehensive Computer Consulting Kit Home Study Course.

Although the Ultimate Service Agreement did sell reasonably well and got good very strong, positive customer feedback when it was actively marketed during the 2003-2006 timeframe, the Ultimate Service Agreement was often confused with our more comprehensive training course. This created both pre-sales and post-sales support headaches.
