SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA—International Nutritional Products Company, Youngevity® announced the strategic alliance with Texas based M2C Global, Inc., home of drinkact.com today.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but Steve Wallach, General Manager of Youngevity®, said he is very excited about coupling Youngevity’s® strengths in marketing, service, and distribution, with the explosive growth of the world’s first “FEEL GOOD” energy drink, A.C.T. “It is a great opportunity to be a part of the REVOLUTION which is A.C.T.! A.C.T. has established a worldwide following and coupled with our marketing experience and strong infrastructure, this growth will compound as our international offices prepare the way for strong international expansion,” said Wallach.
A.C.T. was launched in May 2005 by Paul Gravette and Mark McKnight. Paul Gravette has been an industry leader in network marketing for many years. Mark McKnight’s background is in operations with a large, family-owned health products manufacturing business.
