Accessmount LLC makes commercial-grade light fixtures that are simple to maintain.  The fixture can be removed form the ceiling without using a ladder -- And can be hot-swapped just as easily (For you property manager-types, imagine how quickly you could fix vandalized fixtures... No ladder, no shutting off the circuit, no calling the electrician...).

 

Our fixtures take enegry conservation to the next level, as the most efficient place to put a fixture is typically the most difficult to reach (over stairs, for example).  You can put our fixtures where they make the most sense efficency-wise.

 

Fixtures are available in 14" to 22" round flush-mount, and 6" to 8" recessed downlights.  All fixtures are compact fluorescent with commercial quality ballasts for durability. 

 

We even sell a retrofittable mounting system you can use with your own fixture (as long as it mounts to a junction box, and you'd be willing to hold the fixture at the end of a pole -- under 10 pounds)
