We offer on-site service for clients in the San Luis Obispo area. Clients in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas are negotiated on a per project basis. We welcome our clients both north and south.

We offer phone support to our clients at our regular rates.

Email Support (Free)
We offer free email support. While this support is free, it is for those non-urgent queries. Since we receive a large volume of email, we cannot offer a guaranteed turn-around time for our email support. If your issue is time-sensitive, we suggest you contact us directly.

Blog Support (Free)
It’s possible that your issue has been covered already in our Mac-Sage blog. Feel free to search our blog. We are adding little nuggets of sage advice to it everyday.
