We work with clients through the entire process from concept to product launch to going concern, from creating intellectual property assets to branding and finally to the first purchase agreement. We have substantial experience forming business entities, licensing patents, trademarks, and technology and forming agreements with strategic partners. Attorneys Mitchell M. Musial II is the principal of the firm and is an attorney licensed to Practice Law in the State of Michigan, Admitted before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and in patent cases before the Untied States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to entering private practice, Mitchell Musial was in-house counsel at Eaton Corporation where he was responsible for Eaton’s hybrid electric vehicle program. Prior to his position at Eaton, Mitchell was a patent attorney at Energy Conversion Devices responsible for drafting patents covering electrochemical storage devices, photovoltaic devices, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition processes, physical vapor deposition processes and re-writable optical media. Mitchell holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, a juris doctorate, and a master's of laws in corporate in finance law. Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and manufacturing.
