Ay yay yay! Read what me and Ashley wrote.  It`s not easy money, it`s not fast money.  This is not cheating people, send me your check/cc# scam.

I think the word "blog" is giving a few people the wrong ideas. It`s not about writing what you ate, or what you hate, ranting about your boyfriend/girlfriend/mother/teacher/boss.  This is about developing a website where you talk about a single topic you know and love, and where you`re an expert at this topic/field.

Forget high paying "keywords". You don`t target keywords and attempt to try to write an article using those keywords.  I can guarantee you, you won`t last long doing this and you`ll sound stupid talking about mesothelioma if you`re not a doctor or lawyer.  Then you`ll complain "there is no money in blog."

Write about a topic you`re an expert with.  If you`re a mortgage expert, write about it. If you`re a koi expert, write about it.  If you like carpentry and woodworking, write about it.  You get the idea.

Write how-to guides, tips, build-blogs where you document a project with photos, step by step instructions, etc...  this is the kind of blog site that will make money over time!

If you love the topic it will show, and you`ll build up loyal traffic/followers.

This is not about *gaming* Adsense.  This is slow, steady income rise over time.

This is very true. Slowly slowly cachee monkey. Unless you can hit on a real hot topic that will generate a ton of traffic as well as giving you good adwords with a high return. The Holy Grail of all adsense entrepreneurs.

I make on average $1800 per month blogging selling my eBook, using Google Adsense and affiliate marketing-

It can be done - I have been blogging since March of 2007

Making money with blogs is a possibility if you know how to do it right. This doesn't mean you have to be selling anything, but at least providing useful information that leads people to products/services that they could utilize.

Blogging is a very popular thing currently and with the amount of people utilizing it there is the opportunity to make money. If you get involved in the right market and are able to get yourself seen by the search engines the opportunity is there.

Many people stick with blogs over websites, but do not expect to make millions in a few weeks. You need to be realistic with your ideas and what you expect.

If your question is if writers make money blogging on sites, of course they do. These are people who are normally hired to promote products and services of others.

There is really no difference between those contributing in blogs (in the above sense) and those who promote products through Ezines, article writng and forum posting. In fact, this is an area in which both the writer and the person on whose behalf they do the writing benefit quite well.

I actually advise using this method as a means to promote websites. There are millions of people seeking information and this is one way of availing that information.

To make money from your blog, the key to success is to use quality content, optimize your blog and market it. There are no short cuts. The ads displayed on the blogs or affiliate links will definitely be clicked where the volume of traffic to the blog is reasonable and targeted.

I've seen personality-centered blogs that didn't start out to make money but end up doing so because of the topic they discuss----fashion is a great example. Adult blogs that link to proper pay sites also seem to work, though it means establishing an affiliate program with owners of adult sites. But yeah, there's money in blogging, and I'm looking into it myself :)
