OK but do you have EXISTING collateral?

Like business cards or flyers or something?
Do you have a target market?
Do you have a solid marketing message?

Is this thing a product that you can give away on a busy street corner or at a farmer`s market this weekend? (Oh, wait, probably a little hot over there ... heh.) Or hand out at the mall?

Do you have an existing network? Friends, family, colleagues, coworkers?

So think creatively ... what are all the resources you can pull together to market your business for cheap?

If you haven`t yet done so, list your business with local search engines/guiides so that your company/product/service comes up when people do a geographic search for what you offer.  Most of the basic lists are free of charge.
