login dropdown does not display on home page

Hi,
The SUN login drop down does not display properly on the home page - using IE7.

Looks like there is a conflict with the new banner...... it was not a problem until the new banner appeared (and it works on other pages).

This is an IE issue. It works when viewing SUN with FireFox.
