With the help of my incredible family, I designed the first-ever, attachable infant carrier blanket -The WiggyRoll, and assisted in the establishment of WiggyCo. As a new parent, I was eager to design an efficient product that would make parents lives' easier.
As a first-time parent, my husband and I would often be out and about and come to the realization that we had forgotten a baby blanket, or the baby blanket we brought would fall to the ground and get dirty. Despite our endless and creative efforts, we continued to be frustrated and find ourselves in the same position on a regular basis. To add to our dismay, we frequently saw other parents in the same frustrating position. We regularly saw baby blankets draped over infant carriers, which always concerned us as we wondered what the little ones were doing under all that fabric; or saw blankets regularly falling to the ground.
To solve the problem faced by my family and so many others just like us, I created an attachable infant carrier blanket. Whether the infant carrier was in the car, stroller, or shopping cart, The WiggyRoll would be with me and my son all the time and not drag or fall to the ground. I designed The WiggyRoll with a detachable fastening system that allows for quick removal without causing any disturbance to the baby.
