After the birth of my very premature twins (and 2 difficult IVF procedures), living in New York, I found myself very depressed. My husband was in school full time, and I was alone with two very needy babies far away from my family. My partner and I came up with this idea for a new maternity product to help with other women during difficult times. I was told that because of my health that I could not wait long to have another baby, so we had another IVF procedure and soon found out I was pregnant with my third child. This pregnancy was almost the death of me, as I then had to have a hysterectomy. I was very sick, on a lot of pain medication, and home alone with three babies. My business and family kept me going. It took me about a year and a half to gain my emotional and physical strength, but time and again making and offering a product to help other women is a light in my life that motivates me, and helps me take care of my family. My children are the joy of my life, and running a business from home allows me to give them the hands on care that they need.
