Learning Tree Yoga is a yoga studio just for kids. A place where toddlers through teens can exercise their bodies while exercising their minds. Blending yoga poses, breathing, storytelling, art, music and more, Learning Tree Yoga educates the whole child and plants the seed for lifelong health and wellness.
Leaving my 8-year career in teaching, I gave birth to my first child and to my business in 2008. Flexibility and time to be with my son is what lead me to business ownership. With the help of family and friends, I transformed a storage space warehouse to a beautiful studio welcoming all children to shake out their sillies and find stillness within.
But Learning Tree Yoga isn't only a studio space. Traveling to schools and daycares throughout the Twin Cities area, my hope is to reach as many children and families as possible, imparting awareness, inner joy and balance to all those I work with.
