My name is Jennifer Covello, owner and founder of Frittabello, LLC. I started this business in 2008 all from the inspiration of creating a keepsake baby journal that parents could record the story of their child's life from before they are born through age 5. This award-winning journal has received numerous praises from the press, mom-bloggers, product-reviewers, and of course, my customers.

I also recently published "Frittabello and his Angel", my first children's book. This sweet story is about a sweet soul, Frittabello, and his journey in selecting his earth parents. By listening to his guardian angel and his own inner voice, he finds the perfect parents for him.

I believe that I should be chosen as the winner of the Leading Moms in Business Competition because of my dedication to my business and my heartfelt desire to create gifts that inspire people and bring them blessings. As a single mom and sole mompreneur, the challenges of starting and growing a business are even greater.

I know from the wonderful feedback I have gotten on these baby gifts, that they resonate with people. I have discovered my passion and am hoping to continue growing and expanding this business and seeing it become all that I envisioned years ago.
