Creating unique brands for companies right before taking her sons to baseball practice. Designing interactive websites as she arranges time to teach her sons to read. Brainstorming creative ways to generate buzz and hype while she practices judo moves with her sons. As a mother and the president of Chispa Marketing, Lourdes Balepogi manages both roles without breaking a sweat.

In 2006, Lourdes found herself torn between spending time at the office or with her baby boys, a 6 month-old and a 2 year-old. Like many working mothers, she wanted to devote her energy to both. Starting Chispa Marketing, was the perfect solution, giving her the opportunity to grow as a professional, while allowing her the flexibility to spend time with her sons. She leads this boutique Miami-based firm where tenacity and creativity find their center, fusing fresh ideas and management expertise to provide and implement powerful solutions for small and large companies alike. Lourdes credits being a mom for her managerial skills. She determines what is best for her team, offering them opportunities to learn and grow in their careers while they execute productive promotions, effective event management, and potent public relations.

Lourdes’ devotion is relentless and her passion is contagious as she offers service with a personal touch to every client – big or small. Executing marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently, she and her team make marketing fun again, helping business owners enjoy promoting their companies. Chispa Marketing gives companies the spunk they’ve been missing.
