I am a Customer Experience Strategist with Captivated Customers. My business was founded on the belief that many small business owners ignore their most important asset - their customers. It's not just about providing excellent customer service, it's about the developing a compelling customer experience.

It is our goal to help small businesses in the service industry to attract, engage and retain more customers. We do that by looking at the way they interact with customers on a day-to-day basis and uncover opportunities to build and strengthen customer relationships and loyalty which in turn will drive more sales.

Small business owners today need cost-effective solutions to build their businesses. That is why we have created the Turn Your Customer Experience into Cash Program featuring the Customer S.M.A.R.T.S. System. It is a self-paced program that helps small business owners dig into the areas of their customer experience that may be costing them sales.

I would like to be considered for the Leading Moms in Business Competition because I believe that our services are relevant and important in this economy. As a mother of two young men who are in the workforce, my work impacts their lives. I want to show them how to "captivate customers" and make a difference, whether they work for themselves or for others.
