I searched Chicago high and low for a great nanny agency. All I found were illegal agencies or agencies that had no idea how to work with a first time mom. When I started First Class Care I researched agencies all around the country and hired a consultant who had been in the business for over 20 years. She gave me the tools to get started. I was up and running in October of 2006 and was so successful in our first year that my husband sold his business (which he had for 20 years) and came to work for me! We now have 2 locations in Northbrook and Chicago and a full staff to care for our candidates and clients 24/7. We specialize in placing nannies, babysitters, Newborn Care Specialists, Housekeepers, House Managers, Personal Chefs and Elder Care Companions.
I love being a working mother, but it does come with its trials. I miss some of the little things in my sons day, but have learned to cherish the special times I have with him. I enjoy spending time with my husband and son at the park, museums, swimming and special vacations. I know my son will grow up knowing I was successful and determined to help families like mine find amazing domestic help and feel confident they hired the best.
