I'm Gail, I'm a mom of 4 and an American Heart Association BLS CPR & First Aid Instructor. I formerly worked part-time as an EMT-I and had been an instructor within my Fire Department. When I decided to stay home after the birth of my third child I decided to start teaching. I slowly began offering more and more courses and in February of 2009 I formed Coastal CPR & First Aid, LLC.

I love what I do and one of the greatest compliments I can ever receive is to hear that someone used one of the skills they learned in my classes to help someone in need. I firmly believe that we can make a difference to others and within our community. I feel this strongly enough that I have started a small program, Training by Donation and CPR by Donation, to offer courses with no set fees to help train more people in CPR and First Aid skills.
