I had been thinking about starting my own company for years. When my kids were born, the desire to do something entrepreneurial grew even stronger. I wanted the flexibility to spend time with my children while also fulfilling my need to create and grow something -- a product, a brand, a successful business.
When I realized I no longer had passion for my career, I married my entrepreneurial passion with my clean freak tendencies and launched Cleanicity.
Cleanicity makes products for clean freaks. Our customers want clean, healthy homes but don’t have the time to spend all day cleaning. All said, they want products that work harder for them.
That's what we do. We make products that work harder at keeping your home cleaner, so you don't have to.
We take ordinary home products, infuse them with the latest product technology, and add a designer's touch. The results? Our Kitty Litter Gripper Mats trap and lock cat litter away from your floors and carpets. Our Sports Matter Mats beat the competition at keeping dirt out of your cars.

Winning StartupNation's Leading Moms in Business Competition would be an incredible opportunity for my startup company. I know we have great products that truly help busy Moms, Dads, pet owners, and other picky people save time and money. Winning the contest would give us the much-needed publicity to reach our customers and tell them about our innovative products. More than that though, I think winning will give me the opportunity to be an advocate to other women seeking the motivation to become effective, successful business owners while also being happy, healthy mothers.
