A busy work-from-home mom of four and wife to Juan, Bess Blanco balances her own healthy family lifestyle as she speaks, teaches and writes to empower others. Her passion is to help them find the same wealth of HEALTH in their own lives! She is a sur-thrivor in her own life from a past nerve disorder, and she now draws from not only that experience, but also her years of leadership and research!
