My Online Fashion Corset Shop aims at providing an affordable alternative for women unable to purchase a traditional $200+ corset. I provide a personalized experience and have established a reputation for exceptional customer service.

In May 2012 I started my business on Facebook, with no investment, taking corset orders from friends and family. All profits were used to upgrade and in July of 2012 I was able to launch www.CorsetdeMedici.com.

In the short period of time since, I have been able to successfully market my brand through cross marketing events with other small and home based businesses in my community. I run an interactive Facebook page that produces the majority of my national customers as well as an e-commerce website.

I currently work out of my home office in La Porte, TX which doubles as my "boudoir boutique" where I see local customers. If I won the StartupNation "Leading Moms in Business" competition, the prizes would be used to create an accessible home office that ensures maximum productivity and projects professionalism while providing my local customers the comfort of a real boutique.

My long term goal is to own a corset boutique that doubles as a makeover photography studio while maintaining an e-commerce website.

I consider myself a true entrepreneur.
