I started my business in 2006 as a way to pay off the massive credit card debt that I'd secretly racked up. In my desperation, I pushed myself to get creative, and find a way to make cash AND stay home with my three kids.

To many people $64,000 of credit card debt seems like a huge mistake - one that is both shameful and ridiculous. For awhile, I felt the same way - but now I realize it was a catalyst. It set me on fire, and ignited a fire in me that I didn't even know was there.

The first incarnation of my business was as a Virtual Assistant. For four years, I worked with some of the best and brightest entrepreneurs out there. But in December of 2010, I realized that being an assistant was no longer thrilling.

At that time, I transitioned into solely offering web design + marketing coaching. My goal is to make each website "fit" the individual person or business.

Now, nearly seven years later, the debt is completely paid off, my business is booming, and my husband was able to resign from the job he hated to do what he loves.
