Dr. Mommy was created in 2007 and started with a mission to share tips on health and wellness. I then realized that I am so much more than just a doctor; besides my profession I am a busy woman, a business woman, a wife, and a mom to 5 beautiful children.
My passion to encourage and motivate other busy women grew bigger into a weekly radio show, magazine articles, book proposals and national television! This is when I knew that Dr. Mommy could truly help many but I couldn't do it alone. So, Dr. Mommy Online grew into a community of friends sharing their wisdom as well.
This community is called Dr. Mommy & Friends. The friends are a group of encouraging women that share their wisdom in balance, faith, health, business and at home crafts too! We are a wonderful, motivating and diverse group of Busy Women with the same mission --> helping other women succeed in life! Dr. Mommy takes pride in inspiring, motivating and encourage moms to live, happier and healthier lives without losing their sanity. Products and services are provided to enhance their business, their health and their relationships.
I have had the privilege to write several books and my latest biggie comes out in the Fall of 2012...where I share my 'Get Real' approach to handling not only your health/wellness but the busyness women encounter daily!! I truly don't believe that moms must be Super Moms instead...I believe all moms and women for that matter can find a healthy balance to succeed in their business, their relationships and most importantly their health.
