I am a wife & busy mother to 4 wonderful children...John Ryan 9, Gavin 6, Amelia 4, & Braden 18 months. Being their mom has been such an exciting and rewarding experience but crafting, sewing and creating things has also always been a love of mine.
I started my business a year ago after others convinced me I should give it a whirl & it has been such am amazing journey since. My business is one that puts people first. I personalize all my messages because I value each person that takes the time and the chance on ordering from a small business. At Amelia Rose Creations I specialize in unique knit hats adorned with beautiful flower clips, headbands, onesies, fabric bags, canvas bags, and lots more. Creating a shower gift for someone or that special day hair piece for someone's little girl is an honor to me. It makes me so happy and to have the chance to create these original things that another sees as beautiful too is a feeling I can't begin to explain. What started out as a small pack of clips & a few flowers has now turned into a room that is dedicated to making creations of all kinds for so many people all over! One glue stick is now hundreds sitting next to my sewing machine, needles,yarn, tulle, flowers, feathers & lots of sparkle accents! Everyday I get to create something new. It has been a whirlwind & I am loving every minute of it! It was once written by Aristotle that "pleasure in your job puts perfection in your work." I have such an amazing amount of appreciation for individuals that do things they love... I love what I do!
It has been such fun creating new and exciting looks for my daughter and many other little ones. To put a smile on their face puts a bigger one on mine! In such a short time my business has really grown and every new path I head down is so exciting. Now my inspiration has spread to coming from all of my fans and customers! Every new custom order I get or picture I receive with a desire for a creation to be made inspires me to create something new and beautiful...something fun & unique! The possibilities are endless and the ideas I have and want to implement are so exciting.
I am so grateful & very thankful to my family for letting me take the time to pursue this dream and for my extended family & wonderful friends for being my biggest fans & supporting me in this great adventure. It is not easy to manage all of the everyday things with my four kids from baseball to religion, piano lessons and gymnastics and trips to mail my orders in between but each one of my family members is completely in it too. We find time to make the "work" time bonding time as best we can so it is not a burden but a bonus. I try my best to manage the time effectively and get out there as much as I can so my business can really take off. It has been an amazing ride & I am so happy I am able to share it with everyone!
