Dangle It, Shine It, Find It
Have you ever put something in your purse, tried to find it, but it seems to be lost in a black hole? Well light up that black hole with Diva Dangles Purse Lights! Just dangle the beautiful light from the strap of your purse, push the button on the heart light and light up the inside of your purse. The bright led light will light up a pathway, keyhole, etc. It has easy access and it is strong enough to never leave you in the dark!
We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Julie Hahn and Tracy Abbatoye. We are both stay at home moms that have been best friends for over 15 years. After so many times complaining we could never find anything in our purse, we decided to have fun with the idea of creating a purse light that was not only functional, but fashionable too! We created our first prototype in November 2010 and tested the waters by giving them out of gifts for the holidays. The responses we received were nothing short of spectacular. It was in January 2011, that the two of us launched our company Diva Dangles. We obtained our provisional patent, started producing them by ourselves and began selling them in local events. After learning how to shape and grow ourselves as new business owners, we have gone from being vendors at local events to now having our purse lights available in six stores across the US.
With the economic hardships our two families have faced, we have managed not to give up and take our business farther than we ever imagined. It wouldn’t be possible without the positive support we have received from both our families, our customers and especially each other.
Our plates are full in between cooking, cleaning, driving kids all over town, making purse lights, accounting, selling and giving our husbands the time they need too. But these daily routines will be worth it in the end. With over 150 million potential consumers of our product, we are determined to captivate women of all ages with this new accessory that is a must have.
