Hello Everyone! I am Derika Chia, owner of The Gift of NI and chief jewelry designer. We won a spot in the StartupNation's Leading Moms in Business 2011 competition and we're so excited to participate in the 2012 competition.

To be sure, 2011 was a exciting and tough year but we successfully made it through our first year of operation. We learned a lot along the way and increased our knowledge, skills, talents and customer base. 2012 is promising to be our year of expansion, expansion and expansion and we're extremely pleased about where we're headed!
