This is based on the number of votes received.I started TOYconomy because, as a mom of three, I observed many things about kids: 1. They grow fast, 2. Their needs change often, 3. They lose interest quickly, 4. They like playing with "new to them" toys, 5. What interests one child may not interest another. I could go on about my observations as a mom. But, the one thing I did notice about all of these observations is that I ended up with a house full of toys that my kids rarely played with! It seemed wasteful to me and unnecessary. But, toys are a necessary part of a child's life - the "right" type of toys are not just toys/entertainment items, but they are tools with a purpose of teaching a child in a fun and interactive way. There are so many great products out there, but it is costly to buy them all and then you have to figure out what to do with them when your child loses interest.
