When my husband deployed for a year in Afghanistan, I took my snarky sense of humor and started a greeting card company - Across The Line Cards. While taking care of our three small boys, I've still managed to get my cards into over 100 retail stores and now I'm licensing to Target and Walmart. I also sell my cards on my website. This is the perfect business for a stay-at-home mom and my boys love the fact that "mom sells greeting cards". (However, my cards are very saucy and a bit inappropriate so they are strictly for adults - not kids!)
