Sarah Shaoul brings nearly 20 years of small business retail experience to Black Wagon. As an established and active community member, Sarah is an active and involved community member serving on her neighborhood business association as well as Portland's Small Business Advisory Council. Sarah knows the challenges of running a small business and makes sure to find time to advocate and consult with other small businesses to ensure a healthy and vibrant community.
