I love taking a product from mind to market and that is exactly how BlingItz came to be in 2010. I began designing "bling" type flip flops in 2008 and wanted to expand on the idea by designing "bling" that was completely removable and interchangeable on women's flip flops, so women could be in control of their own style.

BlingItz are patent pending and come in several different designs, so you can put on a BlingItz starfish for a day at the pool and then easily change it up with a BlingItz Butterfly for a fun night out on the town.

My husband and 3 children have been my biggest cheerleaders and I'm not sure who is more excited about me entering this contest... me, my kids, or my husband. All I know is without the love and support of my husband and children, my life would be incomplete. The rest is extra icing on the cake!
