True Networkz and True Housewives are a collaborative effort between businesses, non-profit organizations and consumers to rejuvenate our economy. Through education and advocacy, we help our members discover the best businesses in their community. We take the “work” out of networking; connecting people of all ages to empower personal and professional development in a fun atmosphere; we call it "NETPLAYING!"
What started as a silly joke between friends, suddenly evolved into a plausible idea. What if we were able to bring people together, give back to the community and help local businesses all while having fun? Last year, Heather Ziehl lost her job due to the struggling economy making her an instant housewife. She spent countless hours seeking employment and wondered how she could take a unique approach to making connections. So, she decided to take her "Housewives Of Bel Air" pun between friends and turn it into a networking experience like no other; True Housewives and True Networkz were born!
You DON'T have to be a "HOUSEWIFE" or even a "WIFE" at all to join! To date, the True Housewives rapidly growing facebook group consists of women and men of all ages but the majority being women who are single, married or divorced, age 30 and older. The group originated in Bel Air, MD but has expanded throughout and beyond Maryland even including online members as far away as California and Canada!
