This is based on the number of votes received. As a working mother with 2 young sons, I first created the SippiGrip when frustrated chasing and picking up sippy cups thrown to the floor from high chairs, strollers and car seats. It seems I was constantly picking them up; they were either getting dirty or getting lost. Necessity really was the mother of invention, as became the basis for all BooginHead products.
BooginHead LLC officially launched in September 2007 and is dedicated to providing new, useful and affordable product for parents.
Located in Bellevue, Washington, the company went on to develop SippiGrip companion products PaciGrip, SplatMat, PaciPouch and PaciBed. BooginHead’s PaciGrip, PaciPouch and PaciBed are universally compatible with all pacifier brands and come in a unique palette of matching colors and patterns. The SplatMat is a unique 52” round and reusable mat guaranteed to catch every spill or mess from a high-chair or art table.
As a leading Mom in business, Sari has also made a priority of “paying it forward,” coaching and encouraging other mompreneurs at national conferences such as Tory Johnson’s Spark and Hustle Tour, Super Mom Entrepreneur Conference and Rock The World.
BooginHead continues to move forward in creating several other solution-based products that are geared towards simply making parents’ lives easier! The basis for all the products Sari creates fit a certain criteria: they solve a problem, they are fashionable and fun, and do not break the bank. In this economy it has to be need vs. want so creating functional products that meet a need and look more expensive than they are is a great niche.
