My husband and I recently had a baby boy and I have a new found respect for all mommy entrepreneurs. Balancing the stresses of running a business, with the ridiculous chaos of having a newborn has been extremely fun...but challenging!!! It has changed my daily tasks, my nightly tasks and my life. Any women who can successfully run a business and balance that with raising a family is considered a winner in my book.
As a mommy-led business with an all-women staff of 10, Pink Cake Box is a good example of how women can be successful in business while still supporting and balancing family responsibilities. One thing I've learned...being a mom and a business owner is not a piece of cake :)!
