Contestant's Case to Win

TILTY was launched after its founder and mom of 2, Allyson Phillips, watched her daughter struggle with learning to drink from traditional sippy cups. After trying several different sippy cups and doing extensive research, she designed an ergonomic easy to use sippy cup, the TILTY Cup, that is now recommended by pediatricians and parents nationwide.

I would love to be considered as a winner of the Leading Moms in Business Competiton because as well as running our company against some of the largest brands in the baby industry, I am a mother of 2 great kids ages 7 and 3.

I know how hard it is to balance starting a business and being a mom. I feel that my story and experience may be inspiring to other moms thinking about starting their own companies. I have been selected to be a Huggies MomInspired Mom, Parent Connect Mom on the Move, and also featured in the book Cool Mom Inventors.
