The family-oriented approach to collecting life stories brings families closer together by involving everyone who wants to participate, regardless of age or proximity to family members.

1st Person History is the brainchild of Megan Dahle, mother of two girls who are too smart for their own good. She came up with the idea when her grandpa, who was a wonderful story teller, had a stroke and lost his ability to speak. All the great stories from his childhood were lost. Determined to not let this happen with any other family stories, the 1st Person History Kit was developed.
