Since 2007, Conscious Woman, Inc. has been an online resource for personal, community and global issues related to women's health, children’s health and the environment. We are delighted to offer an exciting array of interactive, online workshops and on-demand pre-recorded programs on a wide variety of topics.

Nearly all of our presenters are nationally and/or world renowned in their areas of expertise. We use the virtual classroom environment to connect people of varying interests and passions, and to challenge our perceptions of some highly controversial subjects. And all in the comfort of home or office!

Many of our programs focus on the childbearing years, from birth and breastfeeding to postpartum healing and choices that we make regarding the health and well-being of our children. We are currently developing a series of workshops on environmental issues and other health-related programs that will appeal to all women. Conscious action in promoting our welfare and the welfare of our families is a theme to most of our programming, and at the heart of the rest.

• Interactive, Live Online Workshops. Through WebEx, the most technologically advanced and user-friendly online learning system in the market, we take participants into virtual classrooms where they can interact directly with the experts. Many of our online workshops provide continuing education credits for various professionals who work with women, although nearly all of our programming is intended for general audiences.
• On-Demand Programming. We currently have nearly 40 pre-recorded programs that are available on-demand.
• Read About Inspirational Women. Each month we highlight a “Conscious Woman of the Month” - an extraordinary woman whose thoughts, actions and accomplishments will hopefully inspire and motivate our readers to take more action in positive, productive ways.
• Extensive Resources. The website features an extensive resources section with links to outstanding online and print resources.
• Discussion Board. Our growing array of online forums provides ample opportunity to further explore the issues presented and to connect women with fellow workshop participants and a community of enlightened women (men are welcome!).

Conscious Woman, Inc. is a woman-owned and woman-run business. With the help of some fabulous friends (all working moms), I produce all programs, train the presenters, maintain the website, and handle all administrative matters while raising 3 young children! And I love every minute of it!
