Contestant's Case to Win

I am a fickle crafter from Northern California. I really love making custom holiday cards and invitations and I have had a business doing that for several years. Just last year I became obsessed with making this casual jewelry from metal findings, leather and linen. I gave Etsy a shot and it worked! What a great venue for artist to "show their stuff". I love finding new metal pieces and playing with the combinations of leather, linen and sometimes beads. The process of making them better is inspiring and addictive (yes, says husband and kids). It is icing on the cake when someone tells me how much they love my designs. Even better is when you can help out...I recently became a member of Etsy's "Etsy for Charity" Team which this month is raising money for the Save the Children organization. I'm proud to be a part of it. I hope to see the group flourish and make a big impact - all from our crafts!
