Contestant's Case to Win

MisFitz Creations is a handmade product boutique owned and operated by my mother in law and I. Many people may cringe at the thought of working with their mother in law, but we have really turned out to be two peas in a pod. The passion behind starting this business began with my love for handbags. This love eventually turned into the introduction of our main product; VASARI handbags. VASARI handbags are clutch style bags, but these bags have a very unique feature; Each handbag has a magnetically attached embellishment on the outside of the bag. The entire look of the hangbag can be changed in just a matter of seconds, simply by switching the magnetic VASARI embellishment with another VASARI embellishment. It's a fun and economical way of creating a new stylish look!

We started this business over a year ago and enjoy hosting at home parties and showing our products at fairs and through our online store. I do have to admit that this past year was a little slow. About 4 months ago I gave birth to twin girls who are the love of my life. Although time is a lot tighter now, I have learned to now balance a full time career, my recently expanded family life and my love to designing and sewing handbags. I believe that I should be considered for this competition because I want to be an example to others that you CAN have it all!
