Our mission is to develop self-esteem, non-violent communication strategies and
body confidence through the practice of gymnastic, visual, performance and martial
arts.

We do this with the intention that creatively nurtured and expressive human beings
create sustainable, just and loving ways of living and being in the local and global
communities.

We are in the process of evaluating our business and applying the principle of the Triple Bottom Line.

Despite health issues and the lovely challenge of raising twenty month old twins DOL owner Nanci Armstrong recently completed Women's Initiative for Self Employment business training. She discovered after starting her business in 2004 that there is much more to running a business than being a great teacher, and is committed to and passionate about applying her social values to and continuing to grow her successful business.
