Contestant's Case to Win

The Leigh Law Group represents parents of children with special needs. The law firm was started in 2004 after Mandy Leigh, Senior Attorney, sat next to 2 mothers of children with autistic spectrum disorder at a special education conference. These mothers wept as they learned for the first time that their children were receiving woefully inadequate educational supports and services from their school districts. Right then, having earned a Masters in Education Law and having taught for some 8 years, Mandy knew what her mission was - combine her experience with her love for children into a strong legal advocacy business.

Over the last years, the now all women firm grew. The commitment to the attorneys and office staff is as important to Mandy as her commitment to families and children. Our work place strives for a democratic work place where all have input because you never know which idea is going to help a child and his or her family. The firm strives on family focus as well making sure to provide enough flex working opportunities so that individuals can work while supporting their families.

The Leigh Law Group continues to make significant changes that impact children and their families and we continue to do this as long as our services are needed.
