My name is Suzanne Fahey and I am a "Boomer in Action".

I started A+ Memories in 2002 with my husband Bill and got really serious about it in 2006.

I have 2 children who are both grown.

My son Alan is my partner in the business. Aren't I lucky?

The idea of doing something to preserve my children's art projects and school work came to me one day as I was walking around my "empty nest".

I stood in my daughter Tania's room and tried to replay in my mind the funny, happy, hectic events that went on during her elementary and high school years and realized how much I missed my kids and how quickly they've grown.

I looked for mementos and realized that all of their art projects and school work were stuffed in a box in the garage.

I knew what I had to do.

With the help of my husband, we found a digital process that can memorialize children's work onto priceless keepsakes.

We do just that at A+ Memories.

We take children's artwork and transform them into keepsake items to be cherished and shared for years to come.

Our program promotes creativity and enhances self-esteem.

Children love to see their work published and displayed!

My favorite keepsake is the round Christmas ornament.
I wish that I could have started a collection years ago.

A+ Memories also promotes the importance of arts education and strive to help schools raise the funds necessary to implement one.

We practice the 3 Rs - reduce, reuse, recycle to conserve energy and protect the environment.

We want to keep the arts alive for future generations to come.
