Contestant's Case to Win

SweetPea & Violets began with the knits and crochet scarf and baby sets that I made and sold in the aromatherapy and gift boutique where I worked. When that store closed its doors (2 years ago this July), I created the website that became the venue from which I then offered for sale my art and craftwork. I have to say that I did love working at that little boutique, and I loved learning about aromatherapy and being surrounded by such marvelous people and self-help and "blissful" products such as the books and CDs from Hay House, Putumayo World Music and others. When I created my website, I wanted to bring the spirit of that little store into a business of my own by which I would be able to offer, if not the same items, at least the same or equal opportunities for growth, self-discovery, healing and a "blissful enjoyment of life and all that the Universe offers"... SweetPea & Violets continues to evolve and grow, though it is still a small website business, operated by me (with the assist and support of my family - without whom I couldn't do any of it) from my desktop computer! I do have ambitions and plans to operate a storefront (hopefully this year!) and I work diligently toward that goal, even as I improve and upgrade all that I offer through the SweetPea & Violets website. My heartfelt goal is to create and leave an impression of betterment, growth, and improvement of where I have been... to leave my place (my small space on this earth and in this Universe) better than how I found it.
